TKA Maxi Tower EDIRYX is a combination of various technologies necessary to produce upto 5000 liters of Ultrapure Type I Water for various challenging applications such as HPLC, LCMSMS, ICPMS, IC, etc...
The cabinet is a floor mounted system with choice of tank sizes ranging from 200 to 1000 liter with a facility to distribute water to different labs on different floors with vast number of dispensing points for Type I and Type II Water.
The point of use dispensers can have volume dispensing ranging from 50ml to 65 liters with an electronic log book facility to store the amount of water used.

The advanced Reverse Osmosis in MaxiTower systems enable to save water from going to drain, thanks to the RECIRC technology. The RECIRC technology feeds back part of drain water to the feed due to which amount of water going to drain is recycled back and hence lowers the amount of water going to drain.
The WCF (water conversion factor) can be adjusted upto 75% depending on feedwater quality and temperature of water.

TKA Electro-De-Ionization is built for high salt retention inside and does not need a resistivity booster for increasing resistivity of water to greater than 1MΩ. A standard EDI cell from TKA can generate water quality upto even 18.2MΩ with favouraable feedwater conditions.
The unique design of TKA EDI cell is based on anion and cation permeable membranes and nuclear grade ion-exchange resins.
This unique construction of TKA EDI produces water with quality greater than 10MΩ and stores it in a stainless steel tank.
